Return & Refund Policy

Australian Consumer Law (ACL) Rights: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

1. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email us to request a replacement product or a refund. Please include a copy of your order confirmation and a description of the problem. We may ask for photos, or for the product to be returned to us.

2. Returns We Cannot Accept

We do not accept returns on the basis of:

  • change of mind;
  • the bottle or jar having been opened; or
  • 30 days having passed since your order confirmation was sent.

Because our range is made up of dietary supplements and skincare products, opened items cannot be restocked or resold. This policy does not limit any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

3. How to Request a Replacement or Refund

  1. Email us: Write to emilyhbsales@gmail.com with your order number (e.g. EHB-1024), the product name and a description of the problem.
  2. Attach your order confirmation: Include photos of the product and packaging if it arrived damaged.
  3. We review your request: We may ask you to return the damaged product.
  4. Replacement or refund: Once we have assessed your request, we will confirm the outcome by email.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Emily Health & Beauty Australia is not responsible for costs associated with returning a product, except where the Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise.
