You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email us to request a replacement product or a refund. Please include a copy of your order confirmation and a description of the problem. We may ask for photos, or for the product to be returned to us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Returns We Cannot Accept<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We do not accept returns on the basis of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\t<li>change of mind;<\/li>\n\t<li>the bottle or jar having been opened; or<\/li>\n\t<li>30 days having passed since your order confirmation was sent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:14px;color:#6b5f69\"><em>Because our range is made up of dietary supplements and skincare products, opened items cannot be restocked or resold.
