Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are packed and sent with Australia Post once your payment is confirmed. Standard delivery generally takes about 7 business days.

We deliver to addresses across Australia:
- Metropolitan and regional addresses across all states and territories (NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, SA, TAS, ACT, NT).
We currently deliver within Australia only. Orders are sent with Australia Post and generally arrive within about 7 business days. When your parcel arrives, please check the contents for damage and contact us if anything is not right.
Tracking Your Parcel
As soon as your parcel is scanned into the Australia Post logistics network, we will email you an official tracking link. You can track your parcel in real-time on the Australia Post website or via the AusPost mobile app.
