2. Pricing, Currencies & GST

All prices displayed on this website are in Australian Dollars ($ AUD) and include 10% Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Official GST tax invoices displaying our Australian Business Number (ABN 18 617 604 618) are generated automatically for every completed order.

Tiered bulk pricing discounts (e.g. 5+ items save 15%, 50+ items save 40%) apply automatically at the checkout table. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but price adjustments will never affect orders already confirmed and dispatched.

4. Orders & Payment Processing

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Afterpay, and Apple Pay. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. Orders are subject to verification and stock availability. In the rare event an item is out of stock after order submission, our team will promptly notify you and process an immediate full refund.

5. Delivery & Shipping Conditions

We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. Standard shipping is $9.95 AUD (free for orders $60 and above). Express shipping is $16.95 AUD. Orders are dispatched on Australian business days. Please refer to our Delivery & Shipping page for complete transit and dispatch details.

6. Returns & Refunds

Product returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and Australian Consumer Law. We do not accept returns for change of mind, for opened bottles or jars, or after 30 days from your order confirmation. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you goods shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia.
